Equifax Cybersecurity Breach

In a recent release, Equifax stated that as many as 143 million Americans may have been effected by a cyber-security breach that compromised their personal information. To determine if your personal information may have been impacted by this incident, please follow the steps below:

1. Visit https://trustedidpremier.com/eligibility/eligibility.html and provide your last name and the last six digits of your social security number.
2. Based on that information, you will receive a message indicating whether your personal information may have been impacted by this incident.

Regardless of whether your information may have been impacted, they will provide you the option to enroll in TrustedID Premier. After checking if you were impacted you will see an option to enroll. The enrollment period ends on Wednesday, January 31, 2018.
