Jeanette was fantastic!

Going into the home loan process I was mentally exhausted before I even started. However, Jeanette and the Mountain West team walked me through every step of the way. Navigating the lingo and trying to process choices seemed daunting, but I felt like I was guided instead of being told what to do. I was able to make the choices that I felt were the best for me and my family and confident I wasn't going to regret it later. By far best experience I could have asked for. Everything was professional, flexible and modern. Being able to sign docs, get info and process information through email, the MWF portal made loading docs from my phone and home PC a breeze. Can't say enough about the team at MWF. True legends.

We first utilized Jeanette's services several years ago when she helped us with the mortgage for our new home. As new home buyers she was an amazing support! She was calm, thorough and reassuring each step of the way! Later when we needed to refinance she was our first call! When it came time to sell our home we were thrilled to learn that the buyers had also selected Jeanette for their mortgage services. I then learned the hard way just how valuable her services were in comparison to others on the market. Because we were buying out of state Jeanette was not able to support our purchase in Illinois so we selected a different service provider. That provider was the opposite for all things that stood out with Jeanette. At one point when we were unable to reach our provider after several days of trying I called Jeanette for a standard mortgage question (and despite the fact that she was not our provider she took my weekend call and answered with her usual calm expertise). Not only is Jeanette an EXPERT but she CARES. That caring piece is what sets her apart. Many may know their business but not all truly care about each individual. We have been referring all of our friends and family to Jeanette since the first transaction and will continue to do so! Call her. You will not be disappointed!
